This Pinot Gris leans into the Alsatian style, as suggested by the name of ‘Gris' rather than 'Grigio'. Full-bodied and drived by stone fruits, melon, blossom and baking spices, our Pinot Gris is golden in color and rich on the palate. It is not at all the citrus-flavor-water that is normally exported to the U.S. This is Pinot Gris the way it was meant to be! Food-friendly acidity, with notes of Bosc pear, key lime, plantain, cantaloupe, almonds, and cinnamon. It finishes with honeysuckle and lingering zest.
