Shipping:
We are able to ship our wines to the following states: NY, AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, MA, MN, NH, and TX. For shipping to states not on this list, please visit our other e-commerce store, at https://vinoshipper.com/shop/chronicle_wines.
Wines may be sold and delivered ONLY to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you
represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and that the person to whom
your wine will be delivered is at least 21 years old. The person accepting
delivery will be required to show an ID proving that he or she is at least 21
years old upon delivery of any wine ordered from our site. If the person accepting the delivery cannot prove his or her age of 21 or more, the order Purchaser is responsible for any reshipment charges for
undeliverable packages that must be returned to us.
By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common
carrier to deliver your order. Orders are taxed (which may include a tax on the
shipping charge) in accordance with state laws. Orders are processed as quickly
as possible upon receipt, but may take up to 5 business days to process; please take into account this processing time when placing your order. Credit
card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. You
will be notified and provided with a tracking number at the email address you
provide when your order ships.
Please be sure that the address information you provide is accurate and that there will be someone there to receive the package. We recommend, if possible, that you have your package shipped to a business or commercial address to ensure that there is as little delay as possible in the delivery of your wine. If you or another person at least 21 years of age is not available to sign for a wine delivery, the common carrier will not deliver the wine. After three attempts to make the delivery, the package will be returned to us. The Purchaser will be charged for any reshipment charges for packages returned to us due to failure in delivery resulting from incorrect addresses or non-presence of a signatory party at the delivery address.
Extreme hot or cold weather conditions may delay shipments until more favorable
conditions exist. To protect wine from potential damage in winter and summer,
we recommend 2nd-Day Air if your delivery address is not in an overnight range. If
